Corrections to our prices
These are the most useful emails we get. If a figure looks wrong, tell us which page and what you think it should be. If you are an operator and your rate card contradicts ours, send it — a real rate card beats every published cost guide we have, and we will say so on the method page when we use it.
If you are waiting on a quote
We are not the clearance company. If you submitted the quote form and nobody has been in touch, email us and we will chase it, but we cannot price, book or carry out a clearance ourselves. See how this site is funded for what we do and do not do.
